The standard controller SCE-201,shown in fig.1, is the electronics in an Aluminum box, 1 MCX connector for the sensor, and the I/O connector is a 6-pin 2.54mm pitch connector. The controller is powered by 12-24 Vdc, and the output is an analog voltage of 0-10 Vdc, which is linearly related to the range. The MCX connector on the front panel is used to connect the probe, and there is a zero-position adjustment potentiometer next to it, which is used to adjust the output voltage to zero when the zero position is adjusted. The rear panel J1 connector is used for power supply and output connection, as shown in Fig.2. For synchronous connection, the driver SCE-201 can be used for multi-axis multi-channel synchronous applications. One host can synchronize up to 8 slaves, and the J1 connector with 5 pins is used for synchronous connection. The host is the default. If you need multi-axis synchronization, please contact us.

Range and resolution of sensor probe: The range of the sensor is related to the diameter of the probe coil. The larger the diameter of the probe, the larger the range.

Resolution is related to bandwidth; the narrower the bandwidth, the higher the resolution; the wider the bandwidth, the lower the resolution.

The probe is designed in two structural forms: a smooth cylindrical shell and a shell with a metric outer thread. The shell material is 304 stainless steel. The probe comes with a 2m long coaxial cable and a straight MCX connector as the default. Other forms can be customized as needed.
